This story focused on the ever popular gambling game in the philippines known as the jueteng. The bookie (kubrador) which was portrayde by the prestigious booba woman herself ms. gina pareno made an outstanding performance in her character in the story, infact she earned numerous awards in the previous film festivals over here and abroad. In the story, she was amelita who never fails from working hard every single day even if she was ill. Every morning she walks and mingles around their poverty-stricken street offering her regular patrons to bet. This story is perhaps related to the present lives of the filipino illegal gamblers nowadays, people who gambles illegally might just have the same rotten outcome as what amylita experienced, and soon shall die. Who knows? Let this serve as a warning. Stop gambling and start earning!. -Bash
